
Founded in 2007, our massage therapy business is built on a foundation of providing relief to our clients. All of our massage therapists are fully-licensed and certified, and have extensive experience in multiple massage methods.

Dan Bates is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute of Watertown, Ma. (now called Cortiva). He studied in their 900 hour program that focused on Anatomy, pathology, physiology, ethics, techniques, and hands-on experience in the Clinic. Dan is nationally certified with the NCBTMB and holds a current state license in massage, as well as being a member in good standing with the American Massage Therapy Association. Dan has continued expanding his knowledge and has been certified to offer Pregnancy Massage. He was certified in the 36 hour Carole Osborne-Sheets program and uses his knowledge of Anatomy to provide the safest environment for both mother and child. Dan is also proficient in relaxation (Swedish), Sports massage, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. When working with a client, Dan will use portions of each modality to create a unique therapeutic massage experience and achieve optimal results.
Prior to Massage Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Bridgewater State College (1998) where he became a certified elementary education teacher. Dan was also a Kung Fu and Tai Chi instructor for 10 years in Cohasset, Massachusetts where he taught both children and adults. Taking his background in martial arts and his knowledge of anatomy, Dan is able to use varying degrees of pressure from very light to deep and achieve a better state of relaxation and wellness.
DJ graduated from Cortiva Institute – Boston, Watertown, MA in January of 2009. It was a 750 hour comprehensive massage therapy program focusing on Muscular Therapy, the indepth study of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, ethics and business practices. Dj creates a practice focused on client wellness to fulfill his passion for impacting the health of clients by encouraging relaxation and relief from pain
DJ has great Empathy and Personal Relationship Skills, while always maintaining a Client/Customer First Attitude. With his Passion about Well Being & General Health, he uses his skill in massage to help his clients to not only relax, but to recover from pain and spasm faster.
DJ is skilled atSwedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Therapy Massage, Chair Massage, Myofascial Technique, Relaxation Massage and basic Pre-Natal Massage. He is constantly continuing his education to better serve his clients and give them the best possible care he can.
Martha Sieminski
Martha Sieminski is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a grauate of Spa Tech Institute of Plymouth, MA and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). Martha’s course of study at Spa Tech Institute included the basics of Anatomy, Physiology, Business Skills, Professional Development and Empowerment, Ethics, Swedish Massage, Polarity Therapy, Chair Massage, Range of Motion, Stretching, Pregnancy & Infant Massage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Foot Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, and Event Sports Massage, as well as 100 hours dedicated to hands on clinic time with the general public.
Martha is also certified in Reiki, Polarity, Cupping, Tong Ren, Tui NA, and Hot Stone Reiki with Crystals. Her Goal is to provide quality massage treatments that will benefit her clients' overall wellness while providing relief from stress , chronic pain, and discomfort.
Paula Nesoff
Paula Nesoff is a graduate of Cortiva Institute, School of Massage Therapy, where she had an intensive education in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, Ethics, Business, and various treatment modalities including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Chair Massage. Paula is a Reiki practitioner and utilizes in-depth relaxation energy work to facilitate clients’ capacities for healing.
Paula brings her passion to helping clients find their optimum sense of health and wellness through effective application of massage techniques specially designed to meet individual needs. Her background in social work, education, meditation, dance, Tai Chi and movement enables her to provide clients with individualized treatment plans that will enhance their sense of well being. Paula also facilitates creative dance classes, stress reduction workshops and meditation groups. She holds a Massachusetts state license in massage, is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and has a Masters of Social Work from The City University of New York. Paula is a Professor Emeritus of Human Services at LaGuardia Community College, City University of New York
